Who We Are

Relationships are everything.

That is the impetus behind the creation of The Institute for Relational Well-Being. My journey to knowing relationships are imbedded into every aspect of wellness has brought me to open a mental health clinic aimed at speaking directly about the need for mindfulness to all of our human relationships.

We need love and attachment to survive...and those we love and are attached with can be the ones to cause us the most strife, feelings of abandonment, deep loss and pain. They are also the ones who can provide the most hope, the motivation for when we are most exhausted, the mirroring of what is so unique and vital about ourselves.
